Thank you for shopping with Lolli Smocks! Many of our exclusive designs are offered through preorders. Please read the information below before placing your order.

••What is a preorder?

A preorder allows you to reserve an item before it arrives at Lolli Smocks. Preorders help us offer exclusive, custom-designed children’s clothing while keeping inventory affordable and reducing waste.

When you place a preorder, your item is ordered specifically for you and will ship once production and delivery to Lolli Smocks is complete.


••What is an ETA?

ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival.

The ETA listed on each product page is our best estimate of when the item will arrive to Lolli Smocks from our manufacturer.

Please note that ETAs are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


••When will my order ship?

Once preorder items arrive at Lolli Smocks, orders will begin processing and shipping.

Ready-to-ship (RTS) orders typically ship within 7–10 business days.

Preorder items will ship after they arrive and are processed through our warehouse.


••What happens if I order Ready-to-Ship and Preorder items together?

If your order contains both Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items and preorder items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items have arrived.

If you need RTS items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for RTS and preorder merchandise.


••Can ETAs change?

Yes.

While we always strive to provide accurate ETAs, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Manufacturing delays
  • Material shortages
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • International freight delays

If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate updates through our website, email, and/or VIP Facebook Group whenever possible.


••Will I receive updates on my preorder?

We do our best to keep customers informed regarding preorder arrivals and significant ETA changes.

For the latest updates, we encourage customers to join our VIP Facebook Group and subscribe to our email list.
