All customers must read & agree to these terms & conditions before ordering with us.
With a new year, comes new changes! We want ordering with us to be as smooth as possible. Last year we experienced a LOT of growing pains. This year we intend to iron out any kinks in our processes to ensure we are operating efficiently & providing the best products and customer service to you!
Most of these policies have been in effect since we opened in March 2022, but a few things are changing, so be sure to read it all!

β€’We kindly ask that you refrain from "bumping" your emails with a follow-up, as this may inadvertently relegate your email thread to the end of the queue.
β€’Please take note that personal messages directed to our owner and administrators will not be accepted for business-related matters.

For the efficient processing of address changes, we kindly request that all address change requests be submitted promptly via email to: cs@shoplollismocks.com. Please be advised that Lolli Smocks cannot assume responsibility for packages dispatched to a previous address. Should this occur, customers will be liable for an additional shipping fee to facilitate the redirection of the product to the updated address. Lolli Smocks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

β€’Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) are strictly based on manufacturer-provided turnaround times. Unforeseen circumstances, such as production delays, supply chain issues, port or air traffic congestion during overseas shipping, and customs hold-ups are beyond are control and may impact these timelines. Various factors impact the manufacturing process of our goods overseas. We are committed to keeping our customers informed about any potential delays arising from the aforementioned issues.
β€’When indicating our estimated time of arrival (ETA), we will specify (ex:) "JANUARY TO LOLLI SMOCKS & THEN TO CUSTOMERS," signifying the items estimated arrival at our facilities between January 1st and January 31st, followed by subsequent shipment to you, the customer.
Please NOTE β€” ETAs are provided as approximate arrival times TO OUR WAREHOUSE and are subject to change. Again, we will always update with any potential delays.
β€’Listed ETAs do NOT include personalization time - those will be an additional 7-14 business days from the time the items are received at our warehouse.
β€’Fulfillment & shipment time on in stock / ready to ship orders varies. Standard processing time for ready to ship orders is 7-10 business days.

β€’NOTE β€” we cannot combine RTS (Ready To Ship) & preorder items.
β€’NOTE β€” we cannot combine multiple preorders onto one invoice. UNLESS - they share the same / very similar listed ETA.
β€’NOTE β€” we will not split ship orders. If you order multiple items with different listed ETAs, the order will NOT ship until ALL items for the order are in & can ship together in it’s entirety.
β€’Lolli Smocks is not responsible for any packages once they hit the mail stream. By ordering with us, you are agreeing to our terms & conditions; in which you understand Lolli Smocks is not responsible for any delays in receiving or shipping your paid for items as a result of inclement weather, an act of God, a worldly pandemic, or any natural disasters that are out of our control.
𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐒 / 𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐒:
β€’ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Customized / personalized items are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.
β€’In the event your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your return is accepted, it must be returned unused / unwashed, with tags AND original packaging it arrived in. Items must be returned promptly / dropped off at USPS to qualify for a refund.
Refunds will be processed upon the receipt of the item in its original condition. Once the item is received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
β€’Please double check your sizing prior to paying for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sizes. We can not change sizing once the order is paid for. We have size charts posted in the sizing thread and we are always available to help with sizing questions.

β€’Your comment is your commitment to pay.
β€’Unpaid invoices will result in immediate removal from the group. Regardless of any outstanding preorders with us.
β€’Invoices are due to be paid 24 hours from the time they are sent to you. We will send 1-2 reminders to get invoices paid before they are cancelled and the customer is removed from the group.

β€’We work very diligently to keep scam pages out of our group but we are human and may let something slip through the cracks. Please help us by not sending anyone payments via the following:

β€’We will NEVER, ever request funds from a random email stating our invoice links are broken. If you receive an email like this, please report it to us immediately so we can warn other customers.
